As one of our colleagues moves on to new challenges, we are now looking for you who want to be a business-oriented support to our leaders in the role of HR Partner. You will be part of an engaged and well-functioning team with eight friendly colleagues who together support the Sh Group in the areas of HR, payroll, communication, and KMA (quality, environment, and work environment).

As an HR Partner at Sh, you will have a varied workday where you work broadly and closely with your HR expertise in a dynamic environment. In addition to supporting and developing our leaders, you will have the opportunity to contribute with your HR expertise by working on continuous improvements to maintain high engagement and increased business benefits.

Examples of tasks:

• Act as proactive and consultative support to our managers on issues regarding labor law, collective agreement interpretations, work environment, and union negotiations.

• Drive and develop HR processes in areas such as labor law, recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and competence development.

• Be an operational support in ongoing HR work regarding individual cases.

You will be based at our modern office in Uppsala. Since we have operations in Mälardalen and Gävle, travel between our workplaces may occur.

Who are you?

You stay active in monitoring news in the HR field and are curious about implementing, among other things, the wage transparency directive and the AI regulation based on the business's conditions.

You are skilled at working operationally and managing details while having a forward-looking and initiative-driven approach.

What can you offer?

We believe you have:

• An academic degree in Human Resources.

• Several years of professional experience as an HR Partner/HR Business Partner or a similar role.

• Experience and knowledge in recruitment, labor law, union negotiations, and other HR processes.

We consider it an advantage if you also have experience from the contracting industry or other production-related businesses.
